We have been receiving calls and request from the high and mighty in the
country including politicians, football stake holders and
ex-internationals who wants to play one part or the other in the burial
plan. For Kanu, the woman is responsible for what he is today. The woman
always call him Onyinyechi, ‘Gift from God” and we see that manifest in
the life of the legendary player. So right now he believes there is no
amount that is too much to spend for her burial as he plans to give her a
befitting one,” Abia said.
